  • Bring 8+ years experience in enterprise-scale CI/CD and release systems, transforming governance-heavy processes into automation, defining technical standards, expertise in policy-as-code, secure delivery, and automated compliance controls
  • Preferred experience includes modernizing CAB models, federated DevOps, AI-assisted workflows, and familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Helm, containerization, and observability tooling.

Requirements

  • Experience transforming governance-heavy or approval-driven processes into automated mechanisms
  • Ability to define technical standards adopted across multiple teams

  • Experience embedding safe deployment patterns at scale
  • Systems-level thinking across reliability, security, and velocity tradeoffs
