Associate Clinical Data Team Lead

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Associate Clinical Data Team Lead to support clinical trials and ensure operational excellence in data management for pharmaceutical and biotech projects.

Location: Office (with occasional travel)

Responsibilities

• Apply relevant components of the project protocol to daily tasks with guidance.
• Deliver study-specific training to junior associates.
• Coordinate data cleaning tasks and delegate to data management staff.
• Assist with activities related to database specifications, build, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor risks to deadlines and escalate appropriately.
• Create and maintain data management project documentation.
• Participate in team and client meetings, supporting risk management.
• Provide input into project forecasting and resource requirements.
• Monitor study metrics and generate status reports.
• Review data management deliverables following guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Previous experience (0 to 2 years) in data management or related field.
