Client Success Manager

Bamboo Works is a fast-growing international staffing firm connecting companies around the world with remote professionals, helping build high-performing offshore teams across various functions.

Location: Remote

Salary: $1,600 - $2,000/month + revenue-based incentives

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership.
• Lead onboarding, hiring kick-offs, and calibration sessions.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, hiring strategy, and growth plans.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Proactively identify challenges, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Drive long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Translate hiring requirements into clear recruitment briefs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment progress, timelines, and candidate pipelines.
• Keep clients informed with proactive communication and regular updates.
• Ensure every placement reflects Bamboo Works' commitment to quality and service.
• Support contractors throughout their engagement.
• Conduct onboarding and regular performance check-ins.
• Help contractors integrate successfully into their clients' teams.
• Identify and address potential performance concerns early.
• Facilitate constructive conversations between clients and contractors.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, recruiters, contractors, sales, and leadership.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Continuously improve internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to help clients expand their remote teams.
• Recommend additional roles and staffing solutions.
• Recognize account expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of Bamboo Works and its clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or another client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing long-term client relationships.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling challenging client conversations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong commercial awareness while maintaining a client-first mindset.
• Comfortable learning about different industries, business models, and organizational structures.
