Responsibilities
- Reach out to clients by phone, text, or email to request missing information for their vehicle listings
- Clearly explain what details, photos, or videos are needed and guide clients through providing them
- Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure all required information is collected
- Update the Google Sheet to reflect progress, completed tasks, and any communication notes
- Maintain organized records of outreach and ensure no listing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple ongoing conversations and follow-ups
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately update records
- Dependable and consistent with follow-through
