Digital Marketing Associate

The role involves web development, design, content management, and SEO for high-traffic websites, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and expertise in digital media and design.

Salary: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00

Responsibilities

• Involved in strategies, solutions, and execution to improve usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets.
• Responsible for ongoing website development, enhancements, and maintenance of enterprise and Lines of Business websites.
• Partner with web development professionals and contribute to high-traffic, high-profile websites.
• Work with User Experience team through design, development, QA testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Adhere to best practices for front-end code maintenance.
• Translate user experience descriptions into cross-browser compatible front-end code.
• Provide web development consultation to other departments.
• Serve as the publisher of website content, ensuring accuracy and language quality.
• Incorporate SEO tactics into content management support.
• Gather information for needs assessments and support development of project objectives and timelines.
• Implement and maintain webpage graphics, themes, styles, and images.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years professional experience in Digital Media production with some experience in Internet technologies, development, and support.
• Experience with audio, video, and other multimedia formats.
• Art Direction experience in print and digital media.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, handle multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and interruptions.
• Experience leading cross-department relationships for design projects.
• Excellent presentation and conceptual skills.
• Exposure to application interface and online advertisement design.
• Broad knowledge of current web design trends and techniques.
• Understanding of website priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic, and page views.
• Discretion and independent judgment in job duties.
