The company is seeking an experienced C# Developer with a passion for AI to develop and integrate intelligent software solutions, including Large Language Models, to support data-driven processes.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate intelligent software solutions in C# to support data-driven processes.
Design and implement innovative features for applications and integrate Large Language Models into existing systems.
Collaborate closely with departments to analyze requirements and develop AI-based solutions that create real value.
Take responsibility for code quality, conduct code reviews, and actively contribute new ideas to the team.

Requirements

Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable qualification.
Solid experience in software development with C# and familiarity with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Knowledge of ML.NET or external AI services like Azure Cognitive Services.
Experience with relational databases and SQL, as well as Visual Studio and model evaluation tools.
Good understanding of ethical aspects and fairness in AI systems.
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and team spirit.
Excellent German and English language skills in spoken and written.
