The DS Smith Sales team is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager for the UK Central Packaging Division. The role involves developing new business, building relationships within FMCG markets, and working across UK and European packaging teams. It is a home-based position with travel requirements.

Responsibilities
- Network with existing and potential customers to bring in new business.
- Build strong working relations within various markets such as Drinks, Snacks, and wider FMCG markets.
- Travel to meet customers and team members across the country.
Requirements
- Proven success and experience in Business Development within FMCG (packaging experience desirable).
- Full driving license.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with travel as needed.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Driven to meet sales targets.
- Experience with pipeline management and sales reporting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver professional presentations.
