Seeking a skilled BI Developer for a healthcare-focused project, specializing in report modernization and business intelligence solutions. The role involves converting SSRS reports into Power BI Server reports, ensuring functionality and leveraging existing data sources.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and convert existing SSRS reports into Power BI Server reports.
- Maintain report functionality, logic, and data accuracy during migration.
- Reuse existing SQL queries, datasets, and layouts where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements.
- Optimize reporting performance and usability.
- Apply AI-assisted tools and methodologies to accelerate report conversion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues throughout the migration process.
- Ensure documentation and best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2) to ensure fluent communication with the customer.
- +5 years of proven experience as a BI Developer or Reporting Developer.
- Strong expertise with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power BI Server.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience working with report migrations and modernization projects.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development or report conversion tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
