Responsibilities

  • Attend daily to clients via different communication channels.
  • Follow the customer service script according to quality protocols.
  • Register and record client data correctly in the system.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, or complaints.
  • Make calls to assigned databases.
  • Perform other related or complementary functions as directed by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Complete secondary education or incomplete studies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in a call center.
  • Availability to work 100% remotely.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
