The Account Manager role is responsible for managing client relationships, project execution, and team leadership within a digital marketing agency specializing in DTC and e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage communications between agency and clients.
- Develop and execute project plans for campaigns, branding, and other deliverables.
- Review and provide feedback on all deliverables, aligning with client strategy and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering their development.
- Problem-solve and innovate on account challenges.
- Share best practices and organizational learnings.
- Improve team efficiency through new processes, tools, and software.
- Monitor KPIs and use performance insights to meet targets.
- Consult, educate, and negotiate with clients and partners.
- Present recommendations and educate clients on trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
- Knowledge of marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience in account management or coordination is a plus.
- Experience across multiple advertising channels including paid media, budgeting, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strategic thinking with analytical skills and a bias for action.
- Leadership ability to motivate and coach teams.
