Account Executive

The Account Executive role is for driven, resourceful individuals who serve as the day-to-day point of contact for multi-project accounts, overseeing project, financial management, and client relations within a medical communications setting.

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $60,000–$70,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point-of-contact for multi-project accounts, overseeing project and financial management functions.
• Assist manager with organic new business growth within existing accounts.
• Execute plans for delivering projects with oversight from senior management.
• Facilitate regular touch points with clients to develop relationships.
• Identify efficiencies and areas of improvement for accounts and projects.
• Demonstrate organizational skills in project timeline development, task delegation, process compliance, meeting preparation, and managing multiple projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and make decisions with little oversight.
• Execute financial plans including estimate and statement of work development, invoice tracking, budget reconciliations, and communicating budget details.
• Analyze project utilization reports for scope and budget adjustments.
• Assist with proposal and new business presentation development.
• Demonstrate understanding of company capabilities, industry, therapeutic areas, and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years relevant experience at a medical communications agency or in healthcare marketing or advertising.
• Experience with iEnvision/Datavision is preferred.
