Account Manager - China (All)

This is a remote sales role at 1NCE, a company specializing in IoT connectivity, focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with an international team.

Location: Remote (China)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships with medium and small customers through phone and email.
• Proactively manage existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals.
• Maintain customer focus and position 1NCE as a leading IoT connectivity provider.
• Develop sales forecasts and keep Salesforce database updated.
• Occasionally visit regional or pan-European trade shows and customer visits.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or similar, ideally with technical sales background.
• Experience in Inside Sales focusing on SMB is a plus.
• Good understanding of telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions and connectivity.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with external partners.
• Open-minded, dedicated team player.
• Practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and goal-oriented remotely.
