Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account management activities with a focus on business growth, renewals, strategic planning, and upselling, including contract negotiations.
- Lead regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions with brand partners, working with Customer Success to deliver performance reporting and data analytics.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and leverage internal tools to analyze data, identify trends, and improve performance.
- Represent the business at industry networking events such as PI Live, YMS, and affiliate events to build and strengthen brand relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media strategy and other teams to support the full sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in a dedicated account management role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Proven track record of growing a book of business, with success in driving revenue, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Confident and personable in client-facing settings, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, spot trends in performance data, and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior brand contacts.
