Account Executive - OEM Fleet

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – OEM Fleet to support their mission to reduce emissions by electrifying parking lots, vehicles, and fleets. The role involves designing and installing EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, and related services, for marquee clients in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $100,000—$110,000 USD

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all sales opportunities in assigned region for the commercial division focusing on fleets, school bus, ports, transit.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with current accounts and end customers, focusing on OEM distributors to be strategic partners and drive sales.
  • Help develop full EV charging solutions including hardware, fleet software, solar, battery storage, EPC, warranties, and support.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow revenues.
  • Help customers understand local, state, and federal incentives and grants.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Leverage automation and forecast sales within Salesforce.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of sales or project management experience working with customers and channel partners.
  • Business experience in electric chargers & vehicles, solar, battery storage, or similar industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to senior management, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation.
  • Experience working across multiple departments within an organization to develop customer solutions: sales, marketing, engineering, products, operations, service & support.
  • Detail-oriented, good follow-through, able to multitask, and work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Ability to travel 50%.
