This is a high-impact Account Executive role at the forefront of redefining how the world’s most sophisticated legal teams work. You’ll be part of a team of AEs selling Clio’s category-defining AI and legal technology solutions to prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments, driving change in the legal industry.

Location: Europe (travel up to 25%)

Salary: £72,000 to £108,000 GBP (including commission)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary contact during the sales process, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions team to create tailored proposals.
  • Guide clients through customized solution recommendations.
  • Lead contract negotiations.
  • Drive deals to close and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and deal progress in Hubspot.
  • Develop sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated on legal industry trends and market insights.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Participate in professional networks and training.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legaltech.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in AI.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
