Responsibilities
- Upsell smaller customers and manage an end-to-end upsell pipeline.
- Identify efficiencies and scale upsell processes.
- Partner with product teams to reduce friction in upsell process.
- Propose strategies to improve upsell effectiveness.
- Support customers with product and service offerings.
- Explain complex topics in simple terms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience, 1 year in a client-facing role preferred.
- Knowledge in selling to small businesses, B2B software/SaaS, Salesforce experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem solver.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to simplify complex topics.
