Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, negotiation, and execution of value-based care contracts with health plans and purchasers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 15+ years experience with health plans or payer contracting within value-based care
  • 7+ years experience managing and leading teams
  • Deep knowledge of Commercially insured populations
  • Results-oriented with influence skills
  • Proven relationship management and communication skills with senior management
  • Business development expertise at local and national levels
  • Passion for shifting from fee-for-service to value-based care
