Vendor Ops Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively source high-quality vendors across multiple trades in every market.
• Review portfolios, check licenses and insurance, ensure vendors meet quality standards.
• Negotiate rates and scopes with vendors to align with unit economics.
• Get vendors set up in systems and tools for onboarding.
• Coordinate across Ops, Sales, and Support to prioritize sourcing requests and communicate vendor availability.
• Keep meticulous records of outreach, negotiations, and onboarding statuses.
• Operate with urgency while balancing long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Vendor management, ops or sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort using CRMs, spreadsheets and task management tools.
