Validation Specialist (German & English Speaking)

Validation Specialist manages the day-to-day handling of validation certificate orders, conducts online research to verify customer organizations, authenticates contact details, reviews, audits, and issues certificate orders. Works closely with Sectigo’s certificate customer base and internal teams, providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat. This role is full-time, remote, based in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for TLS and other security products according to industry and company compliance requirements.
• Conduct research to verify customer organizations and authenticate contact details.
• Provide superior customer service and assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Independently resolve customer support issues and escalate cases when appropriate.
• Handle day-to-day activities associated with maintaining Sectigo’s customer base.
• Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or college degree in business and/or technical related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2+ years of customer support / data entry experience.
• Ability to work with in-house validation and order management tools.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office products.
• Prior experience verifying and comparing data.
• Work in an environment adhering to compliance regulatory requirements helpful.
