Responsibilities

• Master the Canto DAM system to create intuitive folder structures and precise tagging.
• Identify patterns in assets based on previous campaign success.
• Curate Trend Portals to share winning visual styles.
• Develop and maintain a Visual Language with psychological triggers.
• Conduct content audits to spot inventory gaps and notify production.
• Maintain Style Guides for brand consistency.
• Scan competitor ads to find Lookalike assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing large-scale libraries for agencies, production houses, or e-commerce brands.
• Exceptional eye for detail and ability to identify multiple marketing angles for a photo.
• Ability to manage projects and conduct audits independently.
• Strong organizational mindset and creative professional background, not technical or performance marketing.
• Mandatory location in Europe.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and proactive approach.
