Training Producer/Associate Level (Fluent Japanese Required)

SweetRush is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Producer for a short-term project involving managing the execution of a specific corporate deliverable within a 3-hour scope. The role requires fluency in Japanese and involves project management, collaboration, and quality control.

Location: Remote (Japan)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project for 1 specific deliverable, ensuring successful completion within 3 hours, managing timelines, resources, and quality assurance.
• Work closely with the facilitator and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and execution.
• Communicate next steps and responsibilities clearly to the project team.
• Review final materials to ensure they meet project requirements, incorporate revisions, and follow formats.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a producer on corporate projects, in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
• Fluent in Japanese.
• Detailed with a focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting.
• Comfortable in a creative environment, able to meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus.

Additional Information

• This is a freelance, 3-hour project scheduled for Fri Sep 4, 2026, from 09:00 to 11:00 JST.
