Responsibilities
- Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Convert inbound sales leads to actively ordering customers
- Follow the sales process throughout the entire sales pipeline
- Developing a strong relationship between the client and the company for strategic account hand-offs
- Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel
- Maintain CRM and customer records diligently
- Make 50+ phone calls daily
- Communicate with customers via video call, phone, SMS, and Email
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
- Perform lead generating activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies within the healthcare industry
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare decision-makers
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Maintain records of sales activities and forecasts using Zoho tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer support, and implementation teams
Requirements
- Proven success in sales with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and quick thinking
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Strong presentation and communication skills for complex concepts
- Proficiency in Zoho software and sales tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
- At least 6 months of experience in a compounding pharmacy
