Responsibilities

• Teaching core clinical skills in patient care, counseling, mental health assessment, therapy techniques, and treatment planning.
• Guiding students through certification requirements needed to practice.
• Supporting the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a therapist.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics.
