Therapeutic Specialist, Tzield-Rochester/Buffalo/Syracuse

Join the team transforming healthcare delivery for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. The Therapeutic Specialist, Tzield, plays a pivotal role in bringing a Type 1 Diabetes product to market by developing sales strategies, educating providers, and building a customer base.

Location: Rochester, NY / Buffalo, NY / Syracuse, NY / Remote, US

Salary: $125,250.00 - $208,750.00

Responsibilities

• Build belief in Tzield mechanistic rationale and clinical narrative.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts and barriers to Tzield use.
• Contribute to account strategy development and execution.
• Identify account champions / KOLs and engage them.
• Build belief in T1D early detection and screening.
• Conduct strategic planning for T1D ecosystem development.
• Contribute to screening strategy and engage PCP/Ped.
• Educate stakeholders on at-risk populations, screening, and early detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attend meetings and maintain compliance.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

• B.A. / B.S. degree.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Account management sales and/or rare specialty product experience.
• Ability to use data for business management.
• Experience in product launches.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• High accountability.
• Valid driver’s license.
