Responsibilities
- Identify and handle customer inquiries via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Demonstrate customer service and sales skills to enhance customer experience.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints to satisfaction and escalate as needed.
- Use technology tools to support daily tasks.
- Participate in training to stay current with knowledge and best practices.
- Educate customers on products to maximize upsell and cross-sell.
- Schedule and manage follow-ups with customers.
- Complete documentation of customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer data.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to schedule.
