A career opportunity as a Corporate Account Manager in Business Development within Ecolab's Institutional Division, focusing on managing and growing corporate accounts in various sectors.

Location: Europe (travel within Europe required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and acquire national & international corporate accounts in foodservice, care, lodging, and facility care segments.
  • Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships to ensure satisfaction with Ecolab's offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow the business.
  • Create customer-specific strategies based on current and future needs.
  • Design and deliver customer proposals leveraging Ecolab products and solutions.
  • Coordinate resources to develop total solution proposals with value for customers.
  • Develop sales budgets and pricing strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Partner with global account teams, field sales, distribution, and internal teams.
  • Use tools and reporting to produce presentations and summaries demonstrating value.
  • Share knowledge of customer businesses internally to improve customer experience.
  • Represent Ecolab at industry and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice, care, lodging, or facility care industries.
  • Hunting sales mentality with goal-setting and achievement focus.
  • Proven success in a large, global, matrixed organization with budget and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with strategic mindset and agility.
  • Ability to negotiate complex deals and execute pricing.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work with diverse, multicultural teams and customers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
