The role is for a meticulous, tech-curious Survey Fielding & Quality Specialist responsible for launching, monitoring, and maintaining the quality of online survey projects, ensuring smooth operation from setup to data delivery.

Location: Philippines

Responsibilities

Configure and launch online surveys, ensuring correct targeting, sampling, and logic before fielding begins
Monitor live survey progress to ensure balanced sampling, consistent completion rates, and reliable responses
Conduct quality assurance checks to identify irregularities such as incomplete responses, speeders, or demographic imbalances
Collaborate with research, data, or engineering teams to troubleshoot fielding or platform issues
Maintain detailed documentation of survey launches, checks, and resolutions
Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in survey operations, data quality, market research, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and online survey platforms
Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, and CSM tools
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Interest in data, research, or technology-driven workflows
Familiarity with sampling methods, panel management tools, or APIs/integrations between survey platforms is a plus
