Fresh Grad Market Research Analyst

A global healthcare market research company is seeking a candidate to support physician recruitment, panel management, study coordination, and ensure data quality. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals worldwide and supporting research projects.

Location: Philippines

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard verified healthcare professionals globally through various channels.
• Maintain and update physician panel data, ensuring accuracy.
• Build relationships with HCPs and keep them engaged.
• Manage incentives, honorarium tracking, and respondent satisfaction.
• Support project managers by identifying and inviting suitable respondents for research activities.
• Ensure quotas are met on time through follow-ups and engagement.
• Flag quality concerns and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
• Fresh Graduate or with work experience within prescribed salary package.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology, Life Sciences, Business, or Market Research).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Idea on using CRM tools and outreach platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
