Seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative Administrator to join a growing team. The role involves delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, administration, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
