Strategic Solution Executive, IT Strategy and Emerging Technologies

The Strategic Solution Executive is a trusted advisor and content-deep executive focusing on healthcare digital transformation, working with Nordic’s clients to develop and deliver innovative health IT solutions, partnerships, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Nordic Business Line and Delivery leaders to develop go-to-market strategies, roadmaps, messaging, and engagement plans.
- Define and develop GTM content, approaches, and artifacts in collaboration with Delivery and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to solution design, planning, and pricing to meet client needs.
- Develop relationships with solution vendors and expand Nordic’s GTM sales approach.
- Support client engagement by providing strategic insights, coaching, and relationship development.
- Enable GTM campaigns and develop workshop approaches for solution sales.
- Coordinate content development for delivery and presentation to clients.
- Drive revenue growth through existing and new accounts, manage pipelines, and lead proposal creation.
- Represent Nordic at industry events and maintain CRM documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in healthcare digital health and experience strategy consulting.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare provider organization priorities, including IT strategy, digital health, telehealth, smart hospitals, digital experience, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management.
- Experience in developing and executing digital health partnerships and working with major EHR platforms.
- Leadership in change management for health IT adoption.
- Understanding of managed services in digital health delivery.
- Ability to align solutions with client strategic priorities and KPIs.
- Innovative go-to-market approach development.
- Thought leadership in health IT industry.
- Strong delivery and client relationship skills.
