We're looking for a Strategic Communication Designer to help turn complex thinking into clear, compelling communication. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, design, and business communication. You'll help shape proposals, RFP responses, executive presentations, workshop outputs, thought leadership, and client-facing narratives.

Responsibilities

Shape narratives for proposals, pursuits, RFP responses, executive presentations, and client engagements.
Transform complex information into clear, structured, and compelling stories.
Create presentations, visual frameworks, diagrams, and communication assets that improve understanding and decision-making.

Requirements

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
Strong ability to structure complex information and create clear narratives.
Experience developing executive presentations, proposals, pursuits, thought leadership, or strategic communications.
Excellent visual communication and information design skills.
Strong business judgment and the ability to understand unfamiliar topics quickly.
Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Experience communicating complex business, technology, product, or transformation concepts.
Extensive use of AI to accelerate research, synthesis, content creation, and communication workflows.
A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and communication craft.
