Staff Product Manager Link Consumer Product

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, aiming to increase the GDP of the internet. The company is building Link, a wallet for the internet, to support evolving payment methods, AI agents, stablecoins, and digital identity.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand user needs by engaging with consumers, engineering, GTM, and operations teams, and analyzing market feedback and trends.
• Be the voice of consumers within Link and Stripe.
• Collaborate with customers, product teams, and cross-functional partners to create a seamless experience for Link users.
• Help define an ambitious product roadmap for Link's development and expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead their growth from early stages to maturity.
• Set priorities, pace, and execution strategies for the team.
• Work with stakeholders across engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, account management, and operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product or technical role.
• Experience with world-class consumer products at scale, with strong judgment, design empathy, and data analysis skills.
• Desire for continuous product improvement and experience managing various release sizes.
• Experience managing high-stakes external partnerships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate customer problems.
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to empathize with consumers and craft great experiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL.
• Ability to work autonomously with high responsibility.
