Staff Product Manager Information Management

HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system supporting SMBs across 150+ countries, providing infrastructure to build, automate, and scale. It handles over 4 billion API hits and 2.5 billion message events daily, with a remote-first, global team of over 2,000 members.

Responsibilities

• Own the PIM Vision: Define and drive the end-to-end roadmap for HighLevel’s Product Information Management system.
• Lead the Catalog Overhaul: Architect the migration from existing catalog foundation to a robust, extensible PIM.
• Design for Multi-Team Consumption: Define clear API contracts and data models for multiple teams.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to meet requirements.
• Shape Pricing Infrastructure: Own strategy for multi-currency, rule-based, and channel-aware pricing.
• Champion the Merchant Experience: Create intuitive workflows for merchants to manage their offerings.
• Set the Platform Standard: Establish patterns and best practices for PIM as a reliable, scalable service.
• Influence the Broader Commerce Roadmap: Partner with other PMs to sequence PIM investments.

Requirements

• 10+ Years of PM Experience in platform or infrastructure roles at high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
• Deep familiarity with catalog and product information systems, SKU management, variant modeling, pricing strategies, and multi-channel distribution.
• Platform & API-First Thinking: Ability to design products serving as shared infrastructure, defining APIs and data contracts.
• Data Modeling Intuition: Comfort with complex data models and schema decisions.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to drive alignment across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Bias for Ownership: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with independence.
