Sr. Support Engineer, EBS

Location: Remote United States

Salary: 128k - 160k USD depending on skills and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for mission-critical EBS applications.
• Research, troubleshoot, and support multiple EBS modules for global clients.
• Diagnose serious issues and develop, test, and deliver fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle ASCP modules.
• Lead design and implementation of Oracle ASCP solutions, including data migration and system integration.
• Support and troubleshoot Oracle ASCP issues, including defect resolution and performance tuning.
• Participate in system testing (unit, integration, UAT).

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Oracle ASCP Functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12, especially ASCP modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles and processes.
• Experience with Oracle ASCP configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with at least one full end-to-end Oracle ASCP implementation.
