Full Stack Team Leader - Content Management System

We are seeking a Full Stack Team Leader to expand and lead our team building a B2B Content Management System (CMS) for the iGaming industry. The role involves leading implementation, mentoring the team, and developing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build a CMS team to implement, maintain, and expand the existing CMS for new markets.
• Contribute to the core library of the CMS.
• Build and maintain the migration and release process for the CMS.
• Manage and mentor the team across multiple brands.
• Contribute to maintaining system stability through code reviews and test coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with full stack development.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of leadership and ownership.
• Strong experience with DirectUs or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Strong experience with SQL. Experience with Node, Typescript, GraphQL, and Vue is considered an asset.
