The role is for a Senior/Group Product Manager supporting Merchant Onboarding at CSG, focusing on enhancing onboarding solutions to drive adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants and partners.
Define strategic direction of onboarding product experience.
Gather and analyze data on new product ideas, evaluating financial viability and market potential.
Partner with product development teams on new products and enhancements.
Ensure achievement of strategic product objectives.
Play a proactive role in product planning and design.
Collaborate with training, sales, customer support, and product support teams.
Identify market needs and create execution plans.
Manage and report on key metrics.
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations.
Work with R&D and Operations teams to create operationally sound products.
Partner with R&D and developers to evolve onboarding experience.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of product management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong product craftsmanship and experience with Design Thinking, Lean product management, experimentation methods.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Analytical and data-informed decision making skills.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading/coaching Product Managers.
Experience writing SQL queries and managing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in English.
