• Guide athletes through sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and injury prevention.
• Provide guidance on coaching philosophy and program design, team management, and certification requirements for aspiring coaches.
• Support clients with resume review, interview prep, and networking strategies.

Requirements

• Professional athletic or coaching experience.
• Prior mentoring experience.
• Structured approach to helping athletes and aspiring coaches reach their goals.
