The Specialty Sales Representative at ARS Pharmaceuticals is responsible for driving brand awareness and product adoption of neffy® within an assigned territory, engaging healthcare professionals through education and relationship-building, and supporting product launches and growth initiatives.

Location: In the territory where the candidate resides, with travel required for conferences and meetings.

Salary: $115,000–$160,000/yr, with potential performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead territory performance by developing and executing focused territory and account plans.
  • Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product education through in-person and virtual engagements.
  • Build strong professional relationships with prescribers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable resource.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use.
  • Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics, supporting patient access.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving situations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience supporting new initiatives or launches is a plus.
