Specialty Product Manager, Global Diagnostics

The role involves managing veterinary diagnostic products, leading cross-functional teams, defining product strategy, and driving product development and launch efforts within Zoetis, with a focus on animal health and veterinary medicine.

Location: Open to US Remote, Parsippany, NJ preferred.

Salary: $93,000 - $151,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, vision, and strategy from inception to delivery, including budget guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, maintain momentum, and drive execution of roadmap priorities.
• Incorporate inputs from subject matter experts to define problem statements and prioritize product backlog.
• Lead the product team in product maintenance, performance improvements, and delivering enhancements and innovations.
• Influence colleagues, stakeholders, and executives through data and logic.
• Understand customer needs in veterinary medicine to improve product features and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management, product development, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to learn multiple functional areas such as engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
• Proven ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders in a collaborative manner.
