Solutions Architect

Agfa Graphics is seeking a Solutions Architect – Inkjet Technology for the North America market to analyze production requirements, recommend solutions, and support sales efforts in the wide format printing industry.

Location: Remote - Midwest (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana)

Responsibilities

• Support the sales teams across US and Canadian sales teams.
• Be the technology subject matter expert and lead production and client needs analysis.
• Work with Sales/Sales Management to develop system configurations.
• Provide competitive analysis and market trends information to NAFTA leadership as well as HQ product teams.
• Work with Agfa demonstration teams to improve customer experience and demonstration strategies.
• Develop competitive sales strategies with Sales/Sales Management.
• Map out customer’s production process and engage change strategies to optimize production capabilities using Agfa solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree would be an asset
• Experience selling high end capital equipment in the graphic arts industry would be an asset.
• Core competency of technical and business skills necessary to close sales of high end graphic arts equipment
