Solution Owner

We are seeking a strategic technical Solution Owner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into solution blueprints and technical requirements.
• Own the solution roadmap, backlog, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered features.
• Partner with engineering to define architecture and implementation approaches.
• Lead technical discovery, assess feasibility, and mitigate risks.
• Drive solution delivery from inception to deployment.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Ownership, Solution Architecture, or Technical Product Management.
• Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, data models, or SaaS platform integrations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss solution architecture, integrations, and system design with technical stakeholders.
• Strategic and technically minded leadership.
