Seeking a technical, customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the platform operator experience for Union, focusing on the end-to-end journey of customer evaluation, deployment, configuration, and operation in Kubernetes and cloud/on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform operator experience for Union, including customer evaluation, deployment, configuration, and operation.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of technical product management experience on developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or deployment/distribution systems, with proven ownership of a product area through the full lifecycle: discovery → strategy → delivery → adoption.
• Deep ML/AI orchestration domain knowledge: understanding workflows like data preparation, model training, experiment tracking, and inference at scale.
• Track record of shipping opinionated, high-craft, end-to-end experiences that delight technical users.
• Engineering empathy: credibility with senior engineers and ability to drive alignment through clear specs and tradeoffs.
• Data-informed decision making using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Ability to influence without authority by aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
