Senior Webflow Designer

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services, expanding into all home services. The company is looking for a Senior Webflow Designer to improve and build their marketing sites across four brands, making them fast to change, beautiful, on-brand, and optimized for conversion.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110K - $140K

Responsibilities

• Design the foundation: page templates, page architecture, the component library and design system, interactions and animations, and UX/UI standards.
• Build and maintain the Webflow design system and component library across four brands.
• Design and build in Webflow, including page templates, components, interactions, and animations.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist to create test-ready designs and variants.
• Partner with the Technical Growth Manager for production handoff and QA.

Requirements

• A top-tier visual and brand designer with strong visual design and disciplined brand execution.
• Expertise in Webflow, including building and maintaining complex, multi-page sites with architectural rigor.
• Disciplined in UX/UI, usability, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion best practices.
• Collaborative, able to work closely with growth team members including the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist.
• Experience working with growth teams, supporting experiments, and making data-driven decisions.
• Self-directed, able to run with briefs and ship quickly.
• Proficient in using Claude Code and Claude for AI-driven design and development.
• Technically capable beyond Webflow native, including writing custom CSS and JavaScript.
