Customer Support Associate - Utility Services (4-Months Contract / Remote - Mexi

Utility Profit, a company partnered with property managers to simplify the utility setup process for renters, is building a team to improve the moving experience. They are seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist renters with utility orders, providing support via phone, text, and email, primarily working remotely from Mexico or within 2 hours of US Central Time Zone.

Location: Remote (Mexico or within 2 hours of US Central Time Zone)

Salary: $9,600 – $9,600

Responsibilities

• Assist renters with placing utility orders and explaining their options via phone, text, and email.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and utility providers.
• Support other client and team activities as needed.

Requirements

• Available for a 4-month full-time contract, 45 hours/week, with some weekend availability, generally within 8 AM–8 PM CT.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistent and proactive in follow-up with renters and utility companies.
• Trustworthy with handling sensitive information and willing to undergo background check.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple applications and proprietary software.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Engaging, empathetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Fast thinker, adaptable to change, and goal-oriented.
