Senior Webflow Designer

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services, expanding into all home services. The company is looking for a Senior Webflow Designer to own and build their marketing sites across four brands, focusing on design, development, and system creation in Webflow.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $110K–$140K/yr

Responsibilities

• Design and build marketing site templates, page architecture, components, and UX/UI standards in Webflow.
• Create and maintain a Webflow design system and component library for four brands.
• Design high-quality visual branding, interactions, and motion for the marketing sites.
• Develop test-ready templates and variants for CRO testing.
• Coordinate with the Technical Growth Manager for production handoff and QA.

Requirements

• Top-tier visual and brand designer with strong discipline in visual design and brand execution.
• Expertise in Webflow, including complex, multi-page sites, component architecture, and design systems.
• Disciplined in UX/UI, usability, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion best practices.
• Collaborative mindset, experienced working with growth teams including CRO, SEO, and data analysts.
• Self-directed, fast, and able to ship quality work independently.
• AI-native workflow experience, including using Claude Code and Claude for design and development.
• Technically capable beyond Webflow native tools, including writing custom CSS and JavaScript.

Additional Information

• This role involves designing and building directly in Webflow, not translating from Figma.

• Success in the first year includes fully designing and launching the Gnome site, creating a self-serve Webflow system, and supporting growth and testing initiatives.
