Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist responsible for building and managing customized supply chain solutions, supporting client delivery, and leading initiatives in localization and data services.

Location: Portugal

Responsibilities

• Act as an experienced supply chain specialist providing solutions to internal teams responsible for client delivery.
• Analyze current and future needs on assigned accounts and build/manage complex customized supply chain solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams and keep information accurate.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support suppliers with client-specific issues and processes.
• Flag risks and suggest improvements, including creating and implementing mitigation plans.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and oversee project resourcing.
• Manage supplier performance for specific accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, project management, or similar roles, ideally in localization and/or data services.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Process and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
