Senior Specialist, Sales Operations

The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing advanced operational support, analytics, and process leadership to the Sales teams across all markets, aiming to drive strategic insights, optimize workflows, and enable sustainable revenue growth.

Salary: $69k–$74k

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize territory assignments and quota distribution for Sales teams
• Maintain process documentation
• Design and maintain advanced performance indicators
• Oversee pipeline reports and dashboards
• Champion CRM usage
• Lead ad-hoc analyses

Requirements

• Operational mastery with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Certificate or certification in Data skills
• Strong strategic planning skills
• Highly analytical skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Private Equity owned company
• 3+ years of direct experience in related field
