Salary: INR 900,000 per annum (Year 1: Fixed INR 7,00,000 + Assured Bonus INR 1,00,000, recoverable if leaving within 1 year; Year 2: Incentives)
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets.
- Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
- Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Plan manpower, manage teams, and support their development.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing / BFSI.
- 0–3 years of prior experience.
