Senior Project Manager to lead NGO projects with a focus on digital health, healthcare, and technology sectors, driving social impact through technological innovations.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development, execution, and evaluation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide mentorship to team members.
- Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external and internal stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate program progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaborative problem-solving.
- Oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds and resources.
- Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success.
- Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track program progress against goals and objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, ensuring the program's effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and learnings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telehealth and healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for integration into program activities.
- Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, promoting experimentation and the adoption of new approaches.
- Regularly review and update program strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
Requirements
- Preferred: MPH/MHA/MBA (Health) / MSW or equivalent with experience in Digital Health Program Implementation.
- Also considered: MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing/BAMS/BHMS with strong experience in managing large-scale health or social sector programs.
- Minimum 6-8 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in Digital Health Interventions.
- Experience in community/public health programs preferred.
