Senior Product Manager

Kalepa is building AI systems for the insurance industry, creating professional-grade AI tools to augment insurance professionals and automate decision-making processes. The company aims to develop an AI operating system for decision-making across insurance sectors, with products already in production with leading insurers. Location: Remote - EST or CST preferred

Salary: $170k – $215k

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa’s core platform.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on product vision.
• Unlock value for users through product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building Enterprise SaaS products.
• Use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate workflows and user needs clearly.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Voice of the customer, understanding their problems and needs.
• Leverage AI tools for productivity and product innovation.
• Data-driven, combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
